Our Mission
We recognize that startup investing has a diversity problem: Black, Latinx, and Indigenous founders receive less than ten percent of startup funding. Geekz Ventures is looking to be part of the change that is driving diverse entrepreneurship forward. We are seeking to level the playing field with our program by giving overlooked talent the tools to achieve profitability, outside investment, and technology to help them with the early stages of launching their startup.
At the end of our 10-week Program our aim is for participating founders to get or spot in an accelerator program, secure seed funding, or simply run a sustainable/scalable business that generates consistent revenue.
